My New Old Life

I am starting to like cats again. I usually find them quite annoying because they seem to just want to be spoiled and do nothing all day. Well, my family now has a cat called; Callie. Callie is a practical cat. She gets rid of the rats and the gecko's in the house and she only asks for some food in return, that is, if she isn't already full. She doesn't need any attention but she comes to you and likes to be stroked when you call her. I like that cat.
Yes, Geckos and Rats in the house. We also hold some other animals too in this household, sometimes bats, big spiders, I have seen a snake on my balcony, and plenty of bugs feel quite comfortable in our home. Sometimes my sister brings some of our neighbors puppies home. I am not a big puppy person but those puppies are too cute! Although I must add that they lack a good bath! My sister loves to look after animals. What I do not enjoy very much in all this, is when she decides that the, not so clean, puppies need to take a nap on our (Lara and my) bed.
Life is different here. Some things have changed since I left, 2 years ago, and many have stayed the same. Waking up at 5.30am in the morning still counts as sleeping in. Not excercising in the morning, is still not an option and I still cannot keep up with my own mother. It still feels like 100 degrees all the time! The fruits still taste amazing! My 7 year old sister still feels very comfortable to boss me around. Yes, I know, she looks like an angel, like she could never do such a thing, but don't be deceived! She's got attitude! I still think she is the most adorable, wonderful and beautiful girl in the world though! :) Actually, I lied, my sister can be an angel. For example yesterday, she cut up a mango, put it in a mixer with some milk and sugar, and voila: a mango milkshake! She shared it with Mom and me. It tasted absolutely delicious!
I am not sure if this is a new life or if I'm back in my old life. I am enjoying spending time with my family again, and I am looking forward to finding out where my next stop will be; it all depends on my Mission call. :)
